Delicious- Delicious (formerly del.icio.us, pronounced as “delicious”) is a social bookmarking site used for storing, sharing, & discovering web bookmarks. Instead of saving bookmarks in our computer we are going to save them to web & access them anywhere over internet. Bookmarking uses tags which help us to save, organize our favorite sites. Not only this we can see bookmarks of other members & share them. The whole idea of social media encircles only one common aim of getting fast & huge amount of quality traffic. When our blog posts or articles gets more & more bookmarks, it promotes our blog & provides us with quality traffic.

 

How to Add Links / Bookmarks to Delicious. –A Step by step guide.

   

   (1)    Firstly Signup at Delicious by clicking ‘create a free account’.

  

   (2)    Choose Facebook or Twitter, Fill out the form & click on ‘Join Delicious’.

  

   (3)    Edit your profile, Add image etc & go to your homepage.

   (4)    Click on ‘Add link’ on the upper blue tab.

  

   (5)    Copy your link or your blog posts link by right clicking & choosing copy ‘link location’ & paste it in the box.

  

   (6)    Now click ‘Add link’.

  

   (7)    Fill different details regarding your article such as title, comment (description), & tags. NOTE- (Don’t forget to add tags as these makes your article visible under different search phrases.)

  

   (8)    Now click ‘add link’.

  

   

   (9)    That’s it, Your link got Added & you can see it on your home page.

Now How to Install Add link / bookmarks Toolbar to Your Browser.

Adding Bookmarks / Add link Toolbar to our browser makes adding links or bookmarking very easy, visit a webpage, click on ‘Add a link’ tab, Fill description & it’s done.

Let’s see how to add it.

  

   (1)    Sign in & go to your homepage.

  

   (2)    Click on your name(near your pic) in upper blue bar & select ‘Tools’.

  

   

   (3)    Right click on toolbar(below address bar) & check if ‘Bookmarks Toolbar’ is displayed.

   

   

   (4)    Now drag ‘+ Add to Delicious’ button under useful tools to that Bookmarks  Toolbar.

  

   (5)    Yes, it’s done, Just click on that tab whenever you want to add any page to Delicious.
